Provide support on implementation and coordination of training activities and programs
Facilitate training programs and maintain training records, prepare reports and track progress on training activities
Plan and coordinate events and activities such as F&B competition and training activities
Deliver F&B training programs such as new hire induction program and handle related logistics
Develop and update training materials
Maintain all F&B training records and prepare training reports to monitor and track training completion
Track annual training plans mapped to training needs
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years working experience in administration role in F&B / hospitality resorts, prior experience in training and development is preferrable
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or related disciplines
Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Full conversant with MS Office and Chinese & English input method
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
Able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
Good organization and presentation skills, independent and flexible
Able to work under pressure and ambiguity
Highly systematic, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
