About the role 

 

  • Plan, execute and optimise digital retail activation activities, including retail media, together with retailer partners and the senior Digital Retail Activation team. 

  • Support the tracking and management of retailer-specific marketing budgets to help drive efficient online performance and return on investment. 

  • Manage e-merchandising across retailer partner websites, including brand pages, product detail pages, campaign content and launch visibility. 

  • Coordinate online product launches with retailers, agencies and internal teams to ensure assets, messaging and execution are delivered on time and to Dyson brand standards. 

  • Work closely with the Key Account Team to support online joint business plans for key retailers and strengthen retailer relationships through operational support. 

  • Collect, analyse and evaluate online retail performance data, turning insights into recommendations that improve campaign performance and the consumer journey. 

  • Research relevant market, retail media and e-commerce trends, contributing fresh ideas and practical improvements for Dyson’s online retail presence. 

  • Prepare presentations and share digital performance results with internal stakeholders, including wider DACH and international teams. 

  • Collaborate with peers across other Dyson markets to share best practice, create synergies and continuously improve ways of working. 

 

 

This role sits within Dyson’s Digital Retail Activation team and offers the opportunity to combine analytical thinking, creativity and strong execution. You will help bring Dyson technology to life across retailer websites, support online launches and campaigns, and contribute to a premium digital shopper experience that strengthens Dyson’s position as an innovative, customer-focused technology brand. 

 

 

About you 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 

 

  • First experience in e-commerce, online marketing, digital retail activation, retail media or a related commercial marketing role. 

  • A strong interest in online retail, digital shopper journeys and how content, visibility and campaign execution drive conversion. 

  • Passion for Dyson technology, innovation and premium consumer experiences. 

  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with online KPIs, campaign results, retailer data and performance insights. 

  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to organise data clearly and prepare concise, audience-appropriate presentations. 

  • Excellent organisation skills, a structured way of working and the ability to manage several priorities while meeting deadlines. 

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders, agencies and external retailer partners. 

  • A collaborative, hands-on mindset with the curiosity to challenge the status quo and explore smarter, including AI-enabled, ways of working. 

  • Ideally, first exposure to partner, customer or account management in a retail, agency, consumer goods or technology environment. 

  • Fluency in English and German
