• Partner with APAC Finance leadership, Technology teams, and the Enterprise AI group to define and execute digital strategy and AI integration, translating global trends into actionable strategies.
• Lead digital and AI transformative initiatives that optimize processes, elevate client value, and streamline workflows through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.
• Identify and design AI-assisted workflows aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards.
• Conduct impact assessments, process mapping, and gap analyses to prioritize automation opportunities and establish governance frameworks for tool usage, output quality, and review checkpoints.
• Develop and drive APAC Finance’s L&D roadmap for AI competency, leadership skills, and system training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation to sustain digital transformation.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise on digital and AI trends.
• Support the APAC Finance Digital and AI Steering Committee through strategic materials and governance oversight.
• Facilitate working sessions and planning discussions to align stakeholders, maintain momentum, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
• Author and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) for AI solutions, defining functional and non-functional specifications.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align designs with business needs and user expectations.
• Monitor global digital and AI trends, translating external insights into actionable strategies for APAC Finance.
• Promote best practices and maintain a centralized repository of reusable artifacts (e.g., user stories, process flows) to accelerate future initiatives.
