We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance data architectures and models for both batch and streaming data processing. This person will define and execute a strategic Data Engineering Roadmap that maximizes the value of the organization's data assets and ensures alignment with long-term business goals. This involves managing ETL/ELT processes, optimizing database systems for performance and scalability, and driving continuous improvement in data engineering workflows. The Senior Data Engineer also collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions meet business needs and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Please note: This position is NYC-based and will require in-person work 1-2 days a week at our Manhattan office.

The base salary range for this role is between $146,000 and $160,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
