Key Responsibilities
Assist with and supervise the installation of trench shoring products
Deliver training sessions related to trench shoring systems
Coordinate projects including planning with customers, arranging engineering support, and managing equipment preparation and delivery
Ensure all equipment meets OEM rental readiness standards
Advise customers on the most effective methods for installation and assembly of trench shoring systems
Support customer inquiries via phone and email, including preparing quotes as needed
Maintain ongoing customer communication, including follow up and relationship management during slower periods to support retention
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience, with confidence presenting to large groups
Post secondary education or technical training, preferably aligned with construction, engineering, or sales
Experience within construction and or shoring environments
Certifications in Ground Disturbance, Excavation Safety, and Crane and Rigging are considered an asset
Strong understanding of construction phases, job site conditions, and project timing to effectively support customers
Knowledge of rental equipment and fleet operations
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to assess site specific challenges
Ability to work collaboratively with customers and site supervisors
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract

Travel: Occasional to extended out of town assignments depending on project requirements
