Job Description

As a Product Manager - Architecture Drives, you will focus on helping our customers and partners realize the digitalization and automation of Industry as we jointly participate in the 4th Industrial Revolution. You will be accomplished by improving the overall customer experience across the portfolio of drives products and specifically the Architecture Drives/Standard drives product class. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving Customer Success yielding accelerated Revenue Growth and OROS for the drives business. You will work hybrid in Mequon, WI and will report to the Business Manager, Architecture Drives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Global Product Management of Architecture Class Products including High Performance and General Purpose (Standard Drives) product lines
• Ensure alignment across all functional areas of the products business (Portfolio, Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, Proposals, Customer Care, Production, Logistics, Support, and Service).
• Product Management Function and this role will subscribe to ownership of the fundamentals of Product Management:

o Product – the right product specified

o Price – competitively priced value proposition – driven through owners

o Promotion – clear messaging of how we enable customer success

o Place – placement into the market through the right channels

o Customers – strong command of existing and prospect customer base

o Cost – continuous eye to target costs to enable target margin at street price

o Competition – analytics on features, performance, cost and strategy

o Segmentation – target segments analyzed with Mekko charts yielding laser focus

o Targeting – establishment and knowledge base of primary targets

o Positioning – realized positioning of the assigned products in the minds of customers and prospects

• Ensuring that the customer experience is improved by enabling them to reuse their knowledge across the portfolio
• With Portfolio Management, drive for reuseable, modular design across the full portfolio maximizing reuse of everything
• This position will have 1-3 direct reports

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel (35%) of the time.
• A valid drivers license.

For this role, the total target compensation is from $ 135,440.00 - $ 203,160.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
