About the Role & Program:

Join Disney Entertainment for a unique opportunity to observe and learn from our creative team! This high school-level internship is designed as a fellowship experience, offering exposure to the world of television development and storytelling. If you're curious, love reading, and are excited about TV, this could be a great introduction to the industry.
 

What You Will Do:

As a Creative Intern, you’ll shadow our team and gain insight into how we develop and support television content. This is a learning-focused role where you’ll observe meetings, explore creative materials, and follow along with assistants and executives to understand the day-to-day workings of a creative department.
 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Observing team meetings and creative discussions
• Learning about scheduling and administrative workflows
• Reading scripts and books with guidance
• Learning how to provide basic script or book summaries
• Assisting with organizing materials and updating simple documents
• Participating in light research tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A strong interest in storytelling, reading, and television
• Willingness to learn and observe in a professional environment
• Good communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• The approximate dates of this internship are April 2026 through May 2026
• Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Los Angeles area
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in California is $20.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
