Allegro is seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Coordinator to manage critical projects within our semiconductor operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key initiatives, taking responsibility for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling activities to ensure project objectives are met. You will be instrumental in scheduling engineering lots, coordinating with various departments, and proactively identifying and escalating potential delays. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes to significantly impact our product development and delivery.

• Lead Critical Projects: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for critical projects defined by the management team, with full responsibility for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling project activities to meet defined objectives.

• Master Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain master schedules for the project of different types, including customer samples, PTC, qualification lots, and R&D evaluations. Coordinate closely with Corporate Teams, Planning, Production Operation, and Engineering support teams.

• Track & Report Project Status: Coordinate and consolidate lists of milestones, deliverables or activities for the project from various owners to track schedules and capture real-time updates and status. Proactively understand reasons for any off-track project statuses and inform the management team for timely escalation.

• Facilitate Project Execution: Coordinate all project execution activities with relevant stakeholders to ensure a clear and efficient path for project completion.

• Maintain Centralized Tracking: Create and maintain a centralized project status tracking system with a clear comprehension of the innovation's purpose.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with experience in the semiconductor industry.

• Experienced in Project Management, Product Development, and Manufacturing processes for Probe, Assembly, and Final Test.

• Knowledgeable in Project Management Tool such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or other Project Management related tools.

• Strong leadership and communication skills and proficiency in Project Management methodologies

• With ability to lead project Teams from different departments, project budget, risk mitigation and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope

• PM certification is a plus
