Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and complete their tasks. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance the overall experience by streamlining processes and ensuring that user interactions are intuitive and efficient. The position requires continuous collaboration with different teams to align user needs with project goals, fostering an environment where user satisfaction is prioritized through thoughtful design and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback that inform design decisions.
- Assist in creating user journey maps and wireframes to visualize user interactions and improve usability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and testing results.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Visual Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive design models.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to ensure broad usability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
