Role and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

  • Develop activation toolkits, promo mechanics, and deployment guides.
  • Coordinate with Retail Marketing for in-store initiatives.
  • Support Sales in regional planning & execution across all channels.
  • Monitor compliance, visibility, and ROI [Pre-Post Program Analysis]
  • Drive shopper experience improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 6-8 years experience in in Channel Planning & Execution, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Field Sales
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with retail execution and promoter operations
  • Data-driven mindset with strong excel & data management skills
  • Willing to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig
