• Responsible for Air Ramp operations in SZX (safety, compliance, training, regional-wide coordination, office administration).

• Supervises Air Ramp team & vendors on flight, ramp, import & export operations. Monitor & control work performance. Protect Airline's interest.

• Coordinates UPS Air Operations with compliance to procedures, methods & safety. Organizes air ramp’s resources & workload. Handles training.

• On Time Performance, Aircraft Utilization, Payload Maximization, Flight & Ground Safety, Audit Standards

Requirements & Qualifications 

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of experience in ramp or ground operations

• Prior team lead or senior ramp agent experience 

• Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling procedures

• Familiarity with GSE operations and safety

• Ability to lead ramp teams in fast-paced operational environments

• Attention to safety, accuracy, and performance
