Job Description

Job Summary:

Global Operations Analyst will be a member of Customer Data and Sales Insights team supporting data management, processes, reporting, will help communication between key stakeholders, distributors and problem resolution. Responsible for maintaining Point of Sale database from distributors and will be required to maintain effective communication with various stakeholders across the company internally and externally to ensure proper sensitivity to maintain data quality, timeliness and completeness.

You will report to the Manager - Partner Data, and have a hybrid schedule working in New Delhi (Noida), India.

Shift Hours: 12PM-9PM IST (Both male and female) or 3PM-12AM (Male candidates only) or subject to requirements

Your Responsibilities:

- Work with distributors to collect the required data and ensure data validation to avoid any discrepancies.

- Manage the Point Of Sale data by working on cleansing, extracting and mapping basis certain set processes.

- Perform ad hoc analysis on data to identify gaps and resolve them, as aligned with data requirements.

- Identify process improvement areas where new or enhancements to existing systems and processes will meet stakeholder needs.

- Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests and be responsible to follow-up accordingly.

Your Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • You will have 2 or more years of experience with data management and process improvement work.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Experience with CRM technology, database management
  • Familiarity or background in working with SAP CRM.
  • Demonstrated analytical, process and project management skills with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or working with third party vendors
