Position Purpose:
The Asset Protection Coordinator serves as a centralized support function for Asset Protection Investigations, playing a key role in shrink reduction by supporting theft, fraud, and complex investigative efforts. This role manages a high volume of time‑sensitive requests from field Asset Protection teams, internal partners, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and legal partners, including CCTV and data requests, subpoenas, and other investigative support needs that require accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
The AP Coordinator applies a working knowledge of shrink reduction strategies to support case development by translating investigative needs into precise video and data pulls, analyzing exception reporting and related data, and producing clear, well‑documented evidence packages to support follow‑up and prosecution. Success in this role requires strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, along with the ability to build effective partnerships and adapt quickly to changing priorities and emerging incidents.
