What you will do

As a Repair Technician, you will perform in-house servicing and repair of company products.

  • Receive, test, repair, and ship various products using considerable independent judgement to ensure quality, correctness, and proper procedures are used
  • Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures
  • Perform maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products
  • Resolve issues independently and update the support team as required
  • Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues
  • Assist others in resolving their issues, offers advice and possible solutions to them
  • Work from engineering drawings and/or follow documented instructions
  • Perform shipping tasks and coach peers associated with international repair
  • Comply with documentation procedures, maintain an orderly, compliant workstation, understand and use material flow processes accurately, and exceed productivity and/or service level goals

What you need

Required:

  • Capable of performing medium work, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year relevant work experience
  • Repairing machinery, consoles, equipment
  • Experience in SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
