Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Sales), successfully identifies and qualifies healthcare providers. They maintain and represent recruiters’ pipeline of providers through continued communication with providers via phone and email to place providers on client assignments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source leads within the region using SBDev, web research, and industry resources applying a vast amount of outbound phone calls to reach staffing contacts and decision makers (C-level, administrator).

  • Generate innovative lead sources by staying current with staffing trends across specialties/divisions to identify new markets that qualify for services and solutions.

  • Establish relationships with client partners to best understand their roles in the staffing, contract, and billing processes and identify the key decision-makers to plan the sales approach.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience

Additional Experience

  • Experience in inside sales and/or recruiting experience preferred

  • Understanding of common technology, the internet, and social media

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$21.00 - $24.75 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
