Central point of contact for customers and subsidiaries in the context of order processing and schedule coordination
Ensuring on-time delivery of Dry Gas Seals orders and projects
Proactive customer communication regarding delivery status, schedule deviations, and project progress
Planning, management, and monitoring of assembly orders at customer order level
Planning and control of assembly lines, including test bench planning and customer acceptance (e.g., third-party inspections)
Prioritization and coordination of orders in close alignment with all relevant departments
Close collaboration with procurement, engineering, sales, production, and logistics
Contribution to the optimization of manufacturing and assembly planning processes
Completed technical degree or completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic), with further qualification as a mechanical engineering technician or industrial foreman
Experience in technical project management
Knowledge of SAP and proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Strong communication skills and fluent German and English, both spoken and written
Good technical understanding and interest in technical processes
Independent, structured, and conscientious working style, along with a confident professional manner
Team-oriented, assertive, reliable, and resilient
Experience in the field of mechanical seals (preferably DGS) is an advantage
