What you will do
You will be managing a team of Security Consultants who will be visiting potential customers homes to sell home security.
How you will do it
- You will be responsible for the whole team to hit their sales number via effective coaching and field accompaniments.
- You will be communicating with stakeholders around the business to develop interdepartmental relationships that will not only benefit the sales team but the business.
- Sales reporting to your manager and updates on sales progress.
- Using incentives and rewards to drive sales and hit the required sales numbers.
- Introducing new ideas on how the team can grow Self-Generated sales.
What we look for
Essential
- have experience managing sales teams (ideally selling technical products and have telephone sales skills)
- be targets focused and have a strong winning mentality
- be passionate and interested in technology
- Extensive experience in managing successful customer relationships
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business
Preferred
- Experience within B2C fire & security market
