What you will do


You will be managing a team of Security Consultants who will be visiting potential customers homes to sell home security.

How you will do it

  • You will be responsible for the whole team to hit their sales number via effective coaching and field accompaniments.
  • You will be communicating with stakeholders around the business to develop interdepartmental relationships that will not only benefit the sales team but the business.
  • Sales reporting to your manager and updates on sales progress.
  • Using incentives and rewards to drive sales and hit the required sales numbers.
  • Introducing new ideas on how the team can grow Self-Generated sales.

What we look for
Essential

  • have experience managing sales teams (ideally selling technical products and have telephone sales skills)
  • be targets focused and have a strong winning mentality
  • be passionate and interested in technology 
  • Extensive experience in managing successful customer relationships
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business

Preferred

  • Experience within B2C fire & security market
