About the Role

In this position, you will analyze and solve lower-complexity problems within HR processes. You will primarily interact with peers within Accenture and update supervisors as needed. While client exposure may be limited, you will receive moderate instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Decisions you make will impact your own work and may influence others. This is an individual contributor role within a team, focused on a defined scope of work.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve issues related to policies, client queries, and third-party provider interactions using established HR procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy of processed documents in line with objectives set by your manager.
  • Update processes and procedures to reflect acknowledged changes.
  • Develop strong client relationships and escalate risks related to client satisfaction promptly.
  • Perform preventive quality controls and take corrective actions when errors occur.
  • Work under regular local supervision to track progress against results.

  • Benefits and Health & Pension Provider Management
  • Case Management and Workforce & Data Administration
  • Base & Incentive Pay Administration, Compensation & Payroll
  • Recognition and Rewards, Salary Survey Management
  • Contact Center Support, HR Portal, Global Mobility
  • Pre-Payroll and Time Management processes
  • Agent Training, Learning & Communications
  • Quality Assurance, Reporting, Technical Support
  • Workforce Management, Document Production
  • Employee & Job Data Change, Exit Management
  • Organization & Position Management, Onboarding

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Czech (C1) or Slovak (B2), and English (B2).
  • Experience in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs.
  • Knowledge of employee services with a focus on query and case management.
  • Ability to manage payroll processes within HR, including compensation, benefits administration, tax withholding, and compliance.

  • Positive, confident, and motivated approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administration is a plus.
