We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Wallet and Cards Onboarding Product Management Senior Manager to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Champion Customer Success: Lead efforts to convert, engage, and retain customers by delivering seamless and customer-centric onboarding experiences.

  • Master Compliance and Risk: Utilize your deep understanding of KYC processes, AML regulations, and compliance requirements to balance risk and reward effectively.

  • Solve Complex Problems: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle intricate issues related to compliance and customer onboarding.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with legal, compliance, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding processes.

  • Communicate with Impact: Use excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to articulate product vision, updates, and requirements clearly.

  • Focus on User Experience: Drive user research, usability testing, and incorporate customer feedback to continually enhance the onboarding process.

  • Innovate and Automate: Proactively identify opportunities for automation and leverage technological advancements to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

  • Lead Projects: Manage multiple onboarding initiatives with strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and delivering projects on schedule.

Role Requirements:

  • 8+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in Digital Consumer Banking.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly within the financial services or fintech industry.

  • Hands-on experience with KYC processes and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch and iteration.

  • Product life Cycle and E2E product development .

  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with funnel conversion metrics (PowerBI, Quantum Metrics, Adobe).

  • Expertise in Cards, Banking, and Money Transfer KYC processes.

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and data protection practices.

  • Ability to analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and improvement areas.
