As Business Analyst and under the supervision of the domain lead, you will:

  • Act as primary contact for all matters relating to the establishment of detailed business requirements
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and Product stakeholders to understand and document their requirements in the respective detailed business requirements and/or User Requirements Document (URD) or similar
  • Work closely with IT development team to map requirements, assuring adherence to specifications
  • Lead and support local and cross-border discussions and workshops
  • Provide regular feedback and reporting to all applicable stakeholders
  • When needed, support the organization of clients calls, ensuring the exhaustive documentation and disclosure of the outcomes across the appropriate stakeholders
  • Support business stakeholders in documenting the market changes for decision at program level and / or for client engagement
  • Formalise client documentation ensuring adherence to the established common glossary, across business lines
  • If required, contribute to the data dictionary and business migration per market and cross business line
  • Ensure that any documentation matches the product vision and the overall business strategy

  • Navigate in a rapidly changing business landscape, ensuring timely deliveries in line with established deadlines
  • Demonstrate proactiveness and agility in dealing with the different deliveries and challenges within the business domain
  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Gather and prioritize feedback from stakeholders to ensure the product meets their needs.
  • Create and maintain a list of tasks to complete all deliveries making sure all stakeholders are informed, understand and know what they are expected to deliver
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer feedback, and strategic goals.
  • Participate in the testing and acceptance of deliverables to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to client documentation.
  • Be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and requirements.

    Profile and Skills

     
  • Experience from Business Analyst or similar roles leveraging agile methodology for business development and innovations, preferably in banking, financial infrastructure and/or IT company
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view
  • Ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, ability to transform business /client input and requests into functional requirements
  • Collaborative, open-minded and pragmatic
  • Preferred international business experience
  • CSD or Securities Services experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in French is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years higher education (extensive work experience may compensate for lack of education)
