The Sr. Manager of R&I Finance Operations will provide financial management and support to a portfolio of radiation clinics across the country and will be a strategic partner to support R&I services across The Network. This role involves advising operations and physician leadership, developing financial metrics, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and supervising finance operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide support to regional vice presidents, practice managers, practice administration, and physicians in financial management.
• Provide finance support for The Network Radiation & Imaging Team  
• Develop and present financial results to executive leaders and physicians.
• Manage the month-end financial close process for a portfolio of clinics.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Prepare financial presentations for Board and Finance Committee meetings.
• Investigate financial statement variances.
• Oversee operating, capital, and cash flow budgets.
• Develop goals and initiatives to maximize fiscal health.
• Ensure timely processing and approval of accounts payable records.
• Special projects as needed.
• Review proposed contracts for financial impact and risk factors.
• Establish and monitor internal controls and financial policies.
• Assist with business cases and proformas for capital expenditures and growth initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate annual budgets and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in financial communications.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Master's degree and/or CPA are a plus, bot not required.

Salary: 118,100.00 - 157,500.00 - 196,900.00 USD Annual (Target 150K) with 20% MIP

Critical Skills

Minimum seven years of experience in fiscal management.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across functional areas.

Willingness to travel.

Experience in healthcare and public accounting preferred.
