We are looking for a Client Delivery Executive focused on Mexico for the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction across all national engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate IT service delivery across all operations in Mexico, ensuring alignment with regional standards while addressing local business needs.

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle within the Mexican market, including SLAs, governance, financial performance, and service quality.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with Mexico-based senior stakeholders, acting as their primary strategic partner in technology delivery.

  • Lead execution of IT services in areas such as Field Services, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Project Delivery at a country-wide level.

  • Identify and address local risks, operational bottlenecks, and resource needs with speed and accuracy.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives tailored to the Mexican operational environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business practices.

  • Work closely with regional leadership to ensure the Mexican operation delivers in harmony with broader strategic goals.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 7+ years in IT service delivery, account leadership, or client management roles.

  • Strong experience managing country-level or large-scale national IT operations.

  • Proven track record delivering services in one or more of the following:

    • Field Services & onsite support

    • IT Project Management

    • Service Desk / End-User Support

    • Infrastructure & Networking Services

    • Database Administration

  • Demonstrated ability to implement governance frameworks and drive financial and operational discipline at scale.

  • Experience collaborating with or reporting into regional/global teams (highly valuable).

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.

  • Engineering degree required; master’s preferred.

  • Fluent in Spanish with strong English proficiency.

  • Based in Monterrey with availability to be onsite 3 days per week. (Relocation support not available.)
