Central Director of E-Commerce, Managed Hotel Division

This role is responsible for driving topline revenue growth and market share through disciplined ecommerce strategy, strong content governance, AI readiness, and performance‑based digital marketing execution, all aligned with Choice brand standards.
Reporting to the Corporate Director of Revenue Management, the Central Director, Ecommerce serves as the primary digital commerce leader for the Managed Hotels Division. This role partners closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and approved vendors to ensure hotels are accurately represented, highly discoverable, and competitively positioned across all digital channels to maximize revenue contribution.

Additional Responsibilities
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience leading ecommerce or digital marketing initiatives, preferably within hospitality.
Strong expertise in content management, digital governance, SEO, local search, AI‑driven discovery, paid media, metasearch, and performance marketing.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with major hospitality brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, etc.) strongly preferred.
Ability to travel periodically in support of managed hotels and business needs.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $99,900 to $117,500 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Hotel Management Incentive Plan (HMIP). The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, qualifications, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Corporate Director of Revenue Management, Managed Hotels. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments and portfolio properties on a regular basis.

Your Work Location
As our Director of Corporate Accounts, you will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with periodic travel in-person to our 13 beautiful hotel properties, and state-of-the-art worldwide offices in North Bethesda, MD, Scottsdale, AZ, or St. Louis Park, MN.
