Job Description

  • Balance Sheet control, and quality assurance for by-entity financials  
  • Manage the entity-based IFRS
  • Manage statutory reporting and statistical reporting
  • Internal Control; support internal & external audits
  • Lead the tax compliance and planning activities; lead the effort on tax incentives; support tax audit
  • Handle transfer pricing and intercompany relationships
  • Collaborate with Government Affairs, Legal and other team on entity restructuring matters
  • Monitor and manage the cash-flow, and other treasury related activities
  • Support business projects & changes
  • Keep monitoring the performance of the processes, and identify the opportunities for continuous improvements
  • Team management & people development
  • Other assigned tasks

Qualifications / Candidate Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • 10+ years of finance/accounting experiences, preferably with US/EU MNCs; project management experience is a plus;
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS standards;
  • Usable knowledge of tax fundamentals;
  • Strong sense of internal control, in both concept and practice;
  • Conversant in English, in both writing and speaking;
  • Excellent communication and team management skills;
  • Working knowledge of SAP, and conversant with Microsoft Office is a must;
  • Hands-on, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines;
  • Audit experience in Accounting firm is a plus.
