About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking to hire Corporate Banking Associates to join the Portfolio Management team within the Corporate & Investment Banking Financial Institutions Group (FIG).
The FIG Corporate Banking Associate – Portfolio Manager will be responsible for supporting credit and financial analysis, structuring and underwriting, risk assessment and monitoring, and oversight and active management of a portfolio of corporate clients and credit relationships. Portfolio Managers partner and collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal, Product Partners (Capital Markets, Treasury Management, Trade Finance), and internal stakeholders to ensure the bank appropriately assesses, structures, underwrites, and manages credit and risk exposures. Sector experience in Insurance, Insurance Services, Asset Management, Depository Institutions, and/or Market Structures is desired.
