How You'll Make an Impact

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking strategy aligned with our Industry 4.0 and Brilliant Factory initiatives. 

  • Oversee planning, investment, and execution of capital projects and digital systems across multiple facilities. 

  • Set priorities across key technical domains: Robotics, Controls Engineering, Test Systems, Industrial Networking, Cybersecurity, and Technical Safety. 

  • Influence cross-functional strategies to ensure manufacturability, standardization, and factory readiness. 

  • You’ll be the strategic architect behind our Brilliant Factory vision—translating ideas into scalable, high-impact solutions. 

Technical Expertise

    • Provide thought leadership on automation, controls, safety systems, and industrial connectivity.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and advocate for best practices in safety and cybersecurity.

    • Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical challenges.
       

    Team Leadership

    • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across five technical domains. 

    • Build technical and leadership capacity through coaching, mentorship, and resource development. 

    • You’ll coach, mentor, and grow future leaders while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. 

    Execution & Delivery

    • Drive execution of high-impact projects—from automation and infrastructure upgrades to commissioning new systems—ensuring readiness, safety, and performance across plants. 

    • Partner with key departments to ensure safety, system security, and readiness for new products. 

    • Translate strategy into actionable projects that deliver measurable business value. 

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Be the voice of Advanced Manufacturing Systems in executive forums and strategic partnerships. 

    • Collaborate across functions and with external suppliers to shape the future of interconnected manufacturing. 

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

    • 12+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing, automation, or systems engineering.

    • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing multimillion-dollar projects.

    • Expertise in controls, robotics, industrial networking, or safety systems in high-volume manufacturing.

    • Solid communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
       

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.

    • Certifications like TUV Safety, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent.

    • Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies or smart factory initiatives.

    • Familiarity with FANUC/ABB robotics, Siemens/Allen Bradley controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
       

    What to Expect

    • Frequent domestic travel (20–30%); occasional international travel.

    • Hands-on involvement in manufacturing and office environments
