The Role
Medely is seeking a Revenue Enablement Lead to own, develop and drive the execution of our enablement programs and initiatives for the Revenue Organization.
The Revenue Enablement Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing effective enablement programs that support our Go-To-Market teams' success. This role will focus on creating, delivering, and measuring the impact of enablement content and training programs that help our sales and account management teams perform effectively.
The Impact You'll Make:
Design, build, and execute revenue enablement programs that support Medely's sales and account management teams, tracking metrics to ensure program effectiveness
Create engaging training content and curricula for different learning styles, including interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises
Develop comprehensive sales playbooks and enablement materials that cover customer use cases, sales processes, value propositions, and competitive positioning into clear, actionable selling tools
Build and deliver creative and effective onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring quick ramp-up and consistent performance
Design and maintain a systematic content architecture for easy access to sales collateral, customer-facing materials, and training resources
Run regular training sessions and workshops, incorporating engaging presentation techniques and interactive elements
Establish and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs (must be data oriented). Iterate on content and delivery methods based on data insights
Provide hands-on coaching to sales team members on core selling skills and best practices
Manage the enablement calendar and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of new training materials and communications
Create and maintain certification programs to validate knowledge retention and sales readiness
Partner with revenue leaders to identify and address skill gaps through targeted programming
Who You Are:
5-7 years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Enablement within technology environments
Proven track record of creating engaging, effective sales training content and programs
Strong project management skills with ability to drive programs independently
Experience using and administering sales tools and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
Natural talent for breaking down complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Strong instructional design skills with ability to break down complex concepts into digestible learning modules
Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to measure and improve program effectiveness
Proficient in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and ability to teach these concepts effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered
