About the Role
Fivetran is looking for a Global Director, HRBP to support Fivetran’s Marketing and G&A (Finance, People, Legal, IT) organizations globally. As a Global Director, HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, leveraging your deep understanding of business operations and human resources best practices to drive talent and organizational development initiatives. You will utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and facilitate organizational change, while fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires exceptional coaching skills to guide employees and leadership through complex HR challenges, ensuring alignment between HR programs and business objectives.
We are seeking a self-motivated, data-driven and collaborative leader who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full time, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO or Oakland, CA offices with a requirement to attend the office 1-2 days per week.
