Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and maintain applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Develop and maintain applications using .Net Full Stack Development, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), React.js, and Python (Programming Language). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues. - Ensure that applications are developed and maintained according to industry standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: .Net Full Stack Development, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), React.js, Python (Programming Language) - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
