Representante de Soporte Técnico

Requisitos

  • Contar con una formación relacionada como técnico, tecnólogo en sistemas, telecomunicaciones, electrónica o carreras afines
  • Conocimientos en solución a incidentes en ambientes de microinformática, solución a problemas de red, manejo de herramienta de gestión ITMS (Service Now), donde tuvieran que recibir casos, documentar y cerrar.
  • Conocimiento de los sistemas operativos Windows, Mac ·Deseable no obligatorio” y Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en solicitudes de servicio, gestión de incidentes, problemas y procesos de cambio
  • Experiencia en la resolución de problemas de hardware y Software
  • Mínimo 2 o más años de experiencia laboral en Soporte a usuarios y microinformática.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas
  • Conocimiento básico de conceptos y protocolos de redes de datos
  • Conocimientos basicos en infraestructura IT
  • Conocimiento básico en procesos ITIL
