The Classified Solutions Sentinel Cybersecurity Manager will lead a geographically dispersed program team of 4 - 6 individual contributors. The team is responsible for operations. Classified Solutions aspects of IMS management of discrete and LOE; to include developing and maintaining the budget for the Cybersecurity portion of Classified Solutions. Also, will support the director and the integration of the Digital Ecosystem aligned with the CIO organization. A diverse leadership, financial and project background is required. This role will report directly to the Classified Solutions Director.

What you will get to do:

• Drive execution of the Digital Ecosystem Cybersecurity Strategy as outlined by the Digital Ecosystem Cyber Element Lead, supporting Sentinel

• Motivate the team and deliver against the Digital Ecosystem’s Cybersecurity Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, and Agile Work Breakdown Structure objectives.

• Maintain the Cybersecurity budget

• Identify, allocate and manage Classified Solution Operations resources, including workforce planning

• Deliver presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders• Track taskings and budget as required

• Foster an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management, open communication, financial management, and utilization

• Ensure the team follows Northrop Grumman, Sector, Division and Program Security and the Cybersecurity policies and procedures,

• Ensure that all information is accurate and complete in support of the budget, policies and procedures

Note- Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position offers schedule flexibility with minimal virtual or telecommute working options.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years minimum experience.

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher awarded or reviewed in the last 6 years and the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)

• At least one year experience leading projects or cross-functional teams

• At least one year managing budgets and/or performing as a Control Account Manager on a program

• Must have work experience in the one (or more) of the following areas: Operations, managing projects and teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diverse skills background, for example time as a Control Account Manager, technical document reviewer, managed a team, managed a project, etc.

• Prior experience communicating with organizational leadership

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, with current SAP access, is highly desirable

• Agile or PMP certification or documented training

• Documented Control Account Manager training

• Current DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance

Salary Range: $119,300.00 - $178,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
