Technical Training Support - MY and SG

• Administer all internal & external training programs for our field professionals

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the technical competency framework

• Identify skills gaps and work with business to align training programs with competency requirements

• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback collection and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement

• Facilitate technical training sessions as needed and coordinating with trainer/subject matter experts to deliver quality trainings

• Oversee the engagement of interns from recruitment and onboarding to mentorship and evaluation, providing a positive and educational experience

• Serve as a key contact point for managing and recording training activities within Workday learning platform 

 

EHS Support

• Communication tracking such as Learn and Live, safety alerts etc

• Subcon training data update and subcon ID card issuance

• Employee training data update – WD update

• Coordinate with external trainer on training attendance, logistics etc

• Defensive riding

• PPE issuance data update

• Update data for new joiner onboarding program

• Raise PO in JDE system & received GRN. Compile P.O, Invoice & D.O send to OGSC.
