• Mentor all Consultants to increase their skills and promote consistency • Provide consultative direction to Consultants • Assign Consultants to new accounts and/or projects • Leadership role to include: • Develop and implement best practices that result in the more efficient implementation of the solution, primarily for the implementation consulting role but also in coordination with other business units as needed. • Drive consistency across regions • Work cross-functionally to create and update internal and external documents that support the implementation • Drive education agendas that support the growth of implementation consultants • Deliver new hire or existing consultant training, in conjunction with Altera Academy, on role-based or product related topics • Anticipate future resource requirements and assist with the hiring process • Provide quality control for team • Participate in or own special projects across departments to represent Services for expertise as assigned by the Manager • Provide guidance and direction to consultants to further consultant goals and objectives, including reaching billable percent targets, obtain desirable scores for the NET Promoter program and assist with adherence to on time weekly time and expense entry • Assist with client projects where consultant issues have been escalated to Altera management • Maintain 25% billability
