Responsibilities:

• Manage customer sales activities and processes, ensuring efficient execution and a high level of service excellence

• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for customers, addressing complex inquiries and resolving issues effectively

• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions that support business objectives

• Communicate complex information clearly to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across functions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience

• Handle non-routine and complex situations with sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and service quality

• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members, acting as a subject matter expert within the team

Qualifications:

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields

• Fluency in Czech

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proven ability to handle technical processes and procedures with minimal supervision

• Experience in specialized tasks, administrative support, or customer-focused roles in office, field, or site settings

• Skilled at identifying patterns, linking issues, and anticipating broader impacts

• Deep expertise in specific processes or broad proficiency across multiple areas through hands-on experience
