General Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager of Corporate Strategy to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the identification and thorough evaluation of strategic initiatives, contributing to our organization’s growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the team's understanding of industry trends, market analysis and due diligence of potential ideas, and aiding in the articulation of strategic recommendations.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze key industry trends and data points, ensuring that the broader team is well-informed.
• Conduct deep diligence of potential ideas, synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making.
• Presentation Development: Assist in preparing presentations for team discussions, leadership and board meetings ensuring clarity and consistency in the communication of strategic options, insights and recommendations.
• Industry trend analysis: Create and maintain a robust database to guide idea generation and strategic initiatives ensuring data is current, comprehensive, and accessible for team members.
• Collaboration: Engage with team members and other stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field with 5 + years of overall experience or an MBA (preferred) with 4 + years of overall experience.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and persuasive presentations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with database management and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive intelligence gathering. 
• Excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities.

Salary Range: $117,000.00 - $157,000.00 annually

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
