Job Profile / Activities:
•Responsible for development of staff, assistance in career development planning including responsibility for the motivation of staff to meet objectives, formal performance evaluation of staff and is accountable for accomplishment of group objectives.
•Contributes to improvement in system efficiency, costs, and quality and works closely with LIS management, Business Managers, Division Managers and customer management in selecting projects and keeping them informed of progress and major problems.
•Participate in the objective setting and business planning process and assists with efficient use of resources and customer satisfaction.
•Develop well-prepared action plans for the current year and has a clear sense of what needs to be achieved in the year to come.
•Accountable to ensure "Business as Usual” of all the Business Processes & Operations of CAT Distribution Centers, North America and Brazil
•Continuously strive to adopt Best in Class practices / methodologies, Tools, Applications to drive high productivity of IT teams, with short turnaround time for highest customer experience
•Responsible to sustain the ownership of SPM Production/Brazil Systems and establish a governance process for planned / unplanned system downtime for a world class system availability
•Responsible to digitize “CAT Business Processes & Knowledge Assets” as part of SAP Operations Control Center
•Drive division wide culture of “Issue Detection & Prevention & Robust / Scalable Solutions”
•Responsible for budgeting/analyzing divisional expenses for payroll and indirect expenses
•Responsible for driving the personnel in the division for a continuously changing and challenging future
What Skills You Will Have:

Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
IT Service Management (ITSM): Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) service; ability to manage IT services and oversee service operations.
Basic Qualifications
At least two years of leadership role
Education: University degree on Information Technology or equivalent
Experience: Requires at least 5 years of previous technical and managerial experience, with a broad background in systems hardware, system software, support and development methodologies, business planning, project management and customer application needs. To abroad candidates 10 to 15 years of progressively responsible job-related experience.
Knowledge: Experience in IT Maintenance (IT support experience, abroad experience with system, hardware, some of development projects) Change & Problem Management processes.
Language: English Pre-Advanced
Behavioral skills: Interpersonal Communication ,collaborative, networking, presentation skills, leadership and people development, influencing, challenge/ innovation driven, analytical thinking, problem solving, organization.
Desirable Qualifications
Information Technology Post-Graduation or Master in Business Administration degree
Experience in handling SAP application maintenance services
Strong & broad background on CAT Parts Business
Experience in managing local Brazil IT system
