  • Full-time, Fixed Term position until January 2026 

  • Salary Level Childcare Worker 4 – Above Award 

  • Based at the Melbourne CBD Campus 

About You 
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join us. You will become a vital part of our team to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences. Your ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate with families will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and enriching atmosphere within the Centre, where children can reach their full potential. 

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:  

  • Knowledge of the Education and Care services National Regulations 2011, The National Quality framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VELYLDF).  

  • Experience in developing and undertaking programme planning is preferred.  

  • Relevant experience in a long day care setting.  

  • A thorough knowledge of children’s development and ability to observe, plan, implement and evaluate a developmentally appropriate children’s program.  

  • Demonstrated ability to co-operatively contribute to and support a team environment and to work flexibly, both within rooms and according to the needs of the Centre.  

  • Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively and respect families from diverse cultural, socio-economic and religious backgrounds.  

Qualifications  

  • A minimum of a Diploma of Children’s Services or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA) in Early Childhood Education   

  • A current Level II First Aid Certificate, including CPR

  • Anaphylaxis and asthma training
