Mobile Repair Technician, Team Leader

Location: Remote, UK

About the role

Likewize delivers a world class service, we come to you mobile phone repairs. With our teams expanding we need an additional Team Leader to look after the day-to-day management of the fleet. You will be a confident and outgoing induvial with a passion for developing people. Your role will be vital to ensuring the team’s performance is on track to hit both internal and external KPI’s.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respect the value of information by following Likewize data protection / information security policies and procedures.

  • Monitor your teams’ routes and move jobs if it increases productivity.

  • Monitor team’s productivity – ensure jobs are on correct status at the end of the day.

  • Assist with changing colour/model on device via admin if no payments needed.

  • Assist your team with booking revisits if having difficulty.

  • Monitor your team’s job completion and overall performance, status selection and BER actions.

  • Team 121’s along with technician visits when required.

  • Monitor absence and carry out return to works.

  • Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Have previous experience with repairing Mobile Phones.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Strong organisation and ability to take control of certain situations.

  • Recognise when training is required and monitor performance coaching.
