Job Description

Overview of the Role

Do you want to be part of our dynamic and high-paced P&G environment? If yes, we would like you to join us as DC operation key user technician. This role is an expert role, and you will be supporting DC operation with key system and report management.

Your Team

You will be part of Chonan Distribution Center Team and report to DC operation leader. Your work might span across local or regional scopes and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key user of warehouse management system, from implementation to maintenance.
  • Manage system and sample inventory
  • Validate the data regarding return, ship-back and shipment and handle the related reports
  • Manage scrapping system with SAP and records
  • Manage Goods Receipt& Invoice settling upon month closing
  • Be part of additional works and project related to DC

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma education
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred (those on career break while having relevant work experience are welcome to apply)
  • Basic level of English communication (Written & Verbal)
  • Able to work independently and problem-solve for issues
  • Meticulous and organized; able to execute and meet deadlines
  • Have collaboration skills and go beyond to help others
  • Able to deliver tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and with diverse range of people
  • Be flexible and accessible during peak periods of work
