We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team and play a critical role in attracting top talent in the technology sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, ensuring we bring in high-quality candidates for our Engineering and Tech cross-functional roles.

 

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and build tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Develop innovative candidate generation and research techniques to identify and reach passive candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to assess qualifications and fit for roles in Engineering, Software Engineering, Data and AI-related functions.
  • Conduct initial screening and pre-screening calls and interviews.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide timely updates to hiring managers on candidate progress.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market challenges, and best practices in talent acquisition.

 

What you’ll have:

  • Proven sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers to create and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective candidate generation and research techniques.
  • Proficiency in screening resumes and assessing candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Experience in engaging and approaching passive candidates effectively.

 

What would be nice to see:

  • Demonstrated success in hiring talent within Engineering and/or Tech cross-functional functions, including Software Engineering and AI-related roles (individual contributor or leadership positions).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship-building.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
