About the Role

Process Minor Claims cases for AIA Singapore policy as per stipulated requirements and benchmarks

• Process hospitalisation, accident and outpatient reimbursement claims requests received as per stipulated requirements
• Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system
• Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals
• Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
• Correspond and reply via email to Hospitals or other relevant parties on any enquiry related to Minor Claims processing

Requirements

• Education qualification in Biomedical, Health Science, Biology, Medicine, Nursing or related fields
• Open for applications from Laboratory Technicians or Laboratory Scientists
• Sound knowledge of medical terms and claims
• At least 3 years of minor claims processing experience is an advantage
• Able to read Mandarin Chinese
• Good communication skill
• Self-motivated and customer-driven
• Sound problem solving skill
