Summary
The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Transformation will play a crucial role in managing and tracking transformational initiatives that drive strategic and operational value for the Company. The Sr. Analyst will routinely interact with cross-functional leaders and ensure the seamless operations and success of the Transformation Office. Sr. Analyst in a Transformation Office should possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytics prowess, and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for working closely with Initiative Owners and Project Managers across the Transformational efforts to identify the biggest risks to financial and operational delivery.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate Efforts Across Transformation Initiatives:
Manages the project management platform; builds and creates Transformation Office reports / dashboards and other ad-hoc analyses; works with analytics and Project Managers to track OKRs
Support the Transformation Office meetings by prepping agenda and materials, capturing and tracking actions items / decisions in excel or project management tool
Facilitate and lead bi-weekly Transformation Office prep meetings with Power Play colleagues to align on updates, risks and decisions to raise in subsequent meetings
Collaborate with teams in finance, HR and technology to synthesize impact measurement and tracking and work to identify risks that need elevated to Transformation Office leadership
Ensure Accountability and Resolution:
Apply first principles problem-solving to remove roadblocks in Objective, Key Results (OKRs) setting, financial tracking, tool changes, etc.
Develop leadership communications including summarizing key takeaways from Transformation Office meetings in a structured fact-based style
Contribute to change management related activities, such as writing communications and assisting in workshops
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, finance, economics
1-3 years experience
PMP
Agile
Experience in maintaining work planning and project management platforms and building dashboards (exposure to Aha! is a plus)
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers to create innovative solutions
Proficient in in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong ability to analyze and drive insights from data
Passion for Strategy, Retail, Sports, and/or Innovation
Ability to problem solve issues across a wide range of business topics and functions
Demonstrates an ability to work and build relationships with all levels of the business from entry-level teammates to senior leadership
Ability to build relationships and influence with cross-functional colleagues
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong written communications and PPT presentation skills
