We're seeking energetic and service-driven seasonal cocktail servers to join our rooftop team for the season. What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and deliver an exceptional, high-energy experience
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the POS system
• Serve cocktails, wine, beer, and bites efficiently and with style
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized section throughout the shift
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and confidently make suggestions
• Handle all transactions accurately and follow proper cash-handling procedures
• Work as a team to keep service running smoothly during high-volume times
• Uphold alcohol service standards and maintain TIPS certification
• Bring the vibes and energy that Kisbee on the Roof is known for!

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Seasonal, outdoor role – must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Previous serving or cocktailing experience preferred, especially in high-volume or outdoor venues
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A positive attitude, polished appearance, and love for hospitality
• Ability to lift trays and stand/walk for extended periods
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Colorado
• TIPS certification required (or ability to obtain before starting)

This position is seasonal, and your employment will be temporary in nature. The duration of your employment is tied to the season and will end upon the conclusion of the season. There is no guarantee of continued employment beyond the seasonal period, and your employment will automatically terminate at the end of the season, unless otherwise extended or renewed in writing.
