Summary
Established Materials & Logistics professional. Responsible for activities involving materials and logistics, examining invoices, conducting inventory controls, tracing goods, and arranging for storage facilities.

Job Description

• Coordinate with related parties such as the Sales Team, Demand Planner, Warehouse or DC to ensure that timely and accurate product delivery

• Act as a key interface for all customers’ orders and logistics enquiries.

• Perform Goods Receive, Delivery Order, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract etc.., liaise with forwarders on custom documents, etc.

• Plan and control all factory supply demand and lead times.

• Develop and implement factory supply planning strategies to meet the company’s operational and goal

Minimum Requirements
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
