Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The CFO Controls Office – SOX at RBC is a 2nd line team sitting in Finance designed to add value and improve the Company’s financial control environment and reporting process. As both the SOX Office, responsible for the design and execution of RBC’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Program, and the Finance Risk Centre of Governance (COG), the SOX Office supports RBC’s objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes which impact RBC’s financial statements. The Senior Manager will support the Director and the broader SOX Office team in leading these activities across RBC, with a primary focus on technology and related controls / processes.
