Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support and ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. - Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM DB2 Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Database Administration. - Strong understanding of database management systems and concepts. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems. - Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures for database systems. - Familiarity with database security and access control. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database issues. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement database solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in IBM DB2 Database Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
