As a Controllership Accounts Payable Senior Analyst, you're expected to:

  • Accounting, conciliation, end to end process and controls for accounts payable  
  • Check the global needs in Account Payable geos
  • Manage teams of other geos
  • Globalization of Account Payable process across geos
  • Invoices review, upload information in SAP and account payable procedure to allow payment (Colombia + Off Shore), suppliers, payroll, taxes, corporate credit card etc. 
  • Review and verification of retentions and taxes regarding the accounts payable.
  • Automatization of manual processes in AP.
  • Reimbursement process, Concur travel support and payment, process and payment of client devolutions
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation, controls and closing of the ledger accounts assigned to Accounts Payable. 
  • Preparation of supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Support SAP 4 hanna  Implementation of phase III and IV and the improvements 
  • Manage Support document system (Go Socket) under Colombian legislation

 We are looking for a Controllership Accounts Payable Analyst who has:

  • Bachelor of Accounting Degree , minimum 7 years of experience managing accounts payable areas and proven experience in internal controls, conciliations, constructing financial controls, and accounting closing among others 
  • Previous experience in Shared Service Centers, and proven experience in SAP , 4 Hanna.
  • Advanced English level 
  • Financial Institutions experience 
  • Successfully had worked with IFRS 
  • Reports to global teams
  • CUIF Reports - (Catálogo Único de Información Financiera)  
  • Experience in process automatization (non mandatory), excel, power BI, SQL Basics
  • Data analytics skills and knowledge
