Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

As a Senior GTM Technology Manager at BILL, you will be a key member of the GTM Technology team, enabling sales, marketing and customer success teams with our current tech stack.  In this role, you'll be responsible for auditing, governing, administering and architecting our current technology stack, while collaborating with many cross-functional teams. You’ll be in charge of management, maintenance, and upgrading of our technology architecture, from our website to customer engagements. This will also include working directly with our procurement and legal teams for evaluating new contracts and renewals. We’re looking for someone who is interested in learning about new and upcoming technologies to keep our technology stack up to date, while also continuously optimizing our current systems. 

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 8+ years relevant Marketing experience 
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • You love building and improving platforms, customer journeys, and driving improvements
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Gainsight and other GTM technology systems.
  • Strong passion for driving growth through technology, testing, and innovation.
  • You are an action-oriented self-starter, who knows how to prioritize critical initiatives and lead implementations 
  • Hands-on experience working with legal & procurement teams on contracts & renewals
  • A process-oriented approach to solving complex business problems
  • Excellent time-management skills and pay attention to details
  • Ability to see the big-picture and aligning your day-to-day activities to it
  • Hold yourself accountable for performance and can work independently to solve problems

 

 

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary  ranges noted below roles in the specific  geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle
$131,000$164,300 USD
Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts
$117,900$147,900 USD
Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina
$111,400$139,700 USD
