An HD Specialist promotes and sells dialysis machines, consumables, and related medical products to hospitals and clinics within an assigned territory. Key duties include building relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, providing technical product training, and monitoring market trends to develop growth strategies. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will present and sell hemodialysis products to current and potential clients
  • You are to develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • You will communicate and collaborate with your line manager on goals
  • To foster strong relationships with Doctors, Nurses, and key people to encourage and promote the use of our products will be part of your core job
  • You will need to build close ties with the decision-makers of hospitals/centers to ensure continued usage of our products
  • You will service existing clients and expand territory by creating new accounts
  • You will need to achieve and hit (if possible, exceed) monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • You will be expected to identify and resolve client concerns
  • You will prepare various status reports (Itinerary, Monthly Activity Report, Census Report)
  • You will be participating in marketing events such as seminars, conventions, and the like
  • You will help drive and follow up collection of payments
  • You will develop and maintain territory coverage plan, routine coverage of key assigned accounts
  • You will actively monitor competitor activity including their products and come up with relevant plans to re-strategize in collaboration with your line manager

 

Area of Responsibility: Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Quezon Province, Marinduque Province

 

Your Profile:

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, or its equivalent
  • You exhibit high medical knowledge and selling skills
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills - both written and verbal including the English language.
  • You must have proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
