Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, identify, and resolve production bugs and technical issues in the software.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to address defects and ensure high-quality resolutions.
• Design and implement efficient tools and solutions to empower internal support teams.
• Develop new features for our handheld application, enhancing user experience and performance.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing features of the handheld application.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Java & Spring Boot: Strong experience in developing and maintaining applications.
• Cassandra: Hands-on experience with distributed database systems.
• Kafka: Proficient in handling real-time data pipelines and event streaming.
• Kubernetes: Experience with container orchestration and microservices.
• REST & gRPC: Strong understanding of API design and implementation.
• Git & Jenkins: Familiarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Grafana: Ability to monitor and visualize metrics for performance optimization.
• AWS: Solid experience with cloud infrastructure and services.

Language Requirements:

• English: Fluency is required for effective communication within the team.
• Russian: Proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
